Object description

BREMER is building for the investor Hans Mayr Hochbau GmbH from Neuburg/Danube. Car seats are produced in the property by the tenant Magna. The building is a new production building including a mezzanine. The hall and the office contain a sprinkler system in accordance with the NFPA standard. Heating in the production area is provided by controlled air heaters, in the office by radiators; all supplied from the adjacent district heating network.
