As part of the expansion of its temperature-controlled logistics network, Transthermos constructed a state-of-the-art cold storage facility in Markgröningen. The property was delivered by BREMER Stuttgart as a turnkey project under a general contractor model. The extension provides approximately 4,350 m² of usable space and was completed within just eight months.

The cold store is designed for the storage and handling of temperature-controlled goods and meets the highest standards of energy efficiency and food safety. Strategically located in the Greater Stuttgart area, the facility strengthens the company’s logistics infrastructure in southern Germany.
