Multifunctional centre Hanover-Döhren

Object description

BREMER Nord GmbH is constructing a new, forward-looking multi-purpose centre with a total floor area of around 3,200 m² for DZ Immobilien Verwaltungs GmbH in Hannover-Döhren.
The new site brings together emergency services, civil protection and voluntary work under one roof, thereby creating the ideal conditions for modern operational and administrative structures.

The L-shaped building comprises a new rescue station, including administrative offices, as well as a total of 19 vehicle parking spaces. A green roof, featuring a partial photovoltaic system, supports the building’s sustainable energy concept. In addition, two roof terraces are being created, offering functional and high-quality recreational areas. The construction project is being carried out in a mixed-use area and blends harmoniously into the surrounding urban landscape.

The ceremonial laying of the foundation stone took place in August 2025. Construction began in January 2026, and the handover of the property is scheduled for February 2027.
