Object description

The wholesale company Vinnemeier is building a central warehouse on Langenberger Strasse in Rietberg with 20,000 m² of land and 25,000 m² of floor space. The halls, which have an internal column grid of 12 x 24, are separated in the middle by a firewall. The clear hall height is approx. 10.20 m. The main entrance with staircase and elevator shaft is located in the area of the central firewall. The entrance is emphasized by a porch, which also connects the mezzanine areas behind it. These are arranged over two storeys across the entire 192 m width of the hall and are 14 m deep. Prestressed TT ceilings are used here. Due to the lower load on the office level above, prestressed concrete hollow core slabs can be used for the ceiling system.
