Object description
The office building consists of four floors with a two-story connecting structure to the warehouse. The entire structure is built with precast concrete components, featuring aluminum window bands and a ventilated Eternit facade. The warehouse is also constructed from precast concrete with a central column row and includes concrete sandwich elements and metal cassette facade sections. Heating is provided by a geothermal system using a ground-water heat pump, while cooling is managed through a plate heat exchanger. The office building is equipped with a mechanical ventilation system.

This project is BREMER’s third for Panalpina Welttransport GmbH, highlighting the building's advanced technical systems, particularly its exclusive use of geothermal energy for heating and cooling.
