Object description
The warehouse building is divided into cold storage cell areas with block stack storage and the handling area. The individual cold storage cells with humidification system can be designed as different cooling zones and are therefore suitable for very flexible storage options for fresh products. At the front of the complex, 22 loading gates are connected to the transshipment hall. BREMER is carrying out the entire project, including the outdoor facilities, on a turnkey basis.
Special features
FLEXIBLE USE FOR REFRIGERATION AND FRESHNESS - BREMER is building a cold store with adjoining administration building in Ottobrunn for Balthasar Papp Internationale Lebensmittellogistik. The external façade on ISO panels is also fitted with a steel structure for a suspended green façade, which gives the cold store a natural and attractive appearance.
