TTI logistics centre, office building and multi-storey car park extension in Maisach-Gernlinden

Object description

The BREMER Stuttgart GmbH is delivering the structural expansion of the European Distribution Centre (EDC) and headquarters of TTI IP&E Europe in Maisach-Gernlinden as the general contractor. The project covers a total area of approximately 51,200 m² and combines state-of-the-art logistics, office and parking facilities with a strong focus on technological innovation and sustainability.

As part of the expansion, a logistics facility of approximately 27,800 m² is being constructed, divided into three fire compartments. Including mezzanine levels and fitted-out areas, this section will provide an additional 3,000 m² of usable space. The development also includes an office building of approximately 3,300 m², extending over 2.5 storeys and designed to create a modern working environment. In addition, the existing multi-storey car park will be expanded to accommodate the increased demand for parking spaces.

A particular highlight of the completed facility will be the largest AutoStore system in the world, which is planned to be installed on a specially designed elevated platform structure. Consequently, the construction phase places special emphasis on meeting the stringent requirements for the flatness and load-bearing capacity of the floor slabs in order to provide the technical foundation for the automated storage system.
