BREMER is building for the second time for the wholesale company Gienger, this time in Mannheim.
The building will be the new company headquarters of Wilhelm Gienger Mannheim KG and consists of a warehouse with a 3-storey front building with exhibition, training and sales areas. Two mezzanine floors with offices and social rooms are arranged above the outgoing goods area with 35 loading gates. The façades are divided into concrete sandwich elements and ISO sandwich façades in graduated shades of gray. The exhibition area on the first floor has a prestigious window front framed by a projecting monitor in aluminum composite panels.
As one of the leading specialist wholesalers for building technology, the client attaches great importance to modern building technology that meets ecological and economic requirements. The hall and ABEX will be heated via the concrete core activation system integrated into the floor slab. In addition, underfloor heating is planned for the exhibition area on the 1st floor and heating and cooling ceilings in the office and training rooms. Energy will be generated from gas condensing boiler systems, air-water heat pumps and a combined heat and power unit.
A covered outdoor storage area including a filling station will be built outside.
