Object description
The Wortmann KG logistics centre in Detmold consolidates existing external warehouses to enhance goods handling efficiency. It features a high-bay warehouse with a reinforced concrete floor, a two-story goods handling building with 40 docking stations, a three-story administrative building, and external facilities. The construction uses precast reinforced concrete components.

Designed by architect Pape from Herford, the building is an architectural highlight with fully glazed exterior walls.
