Object description

BREMER is constructing a logistics building for bauwo Grundstücksgesellschaft mbH in the Brinkhafen district of Hanover. The tenant is the cable wholesaler LappGroup. On a site of approximately 67,486 m², a hall with a single-story technical area located on the side is planned. The warehouse, covering around 15,670 m², will be used as a logistics hall and will feature a loading area for trucks on the west façade. The portion of the property on the west side, encompassing 26,600 m², will be utilized as a multifunctional area. Additionally, the mezzanine level provides an extra 1,485 m² of storage space and 940 m² of office and social space.
