Bergzeit Administrative building Otterfing

Object description

BREMER is building for Peak GmbH in Otterfing for the first time. The initial planning was carried out by the architectural firm Voss in Fulda. The project involves the construction of a new administrative building with an adjacent shipping warehouse. Both the hall and the office will feature a horizontal ISO sandwich façade. A unique aspect of this project is the 18° pitched gable roof of the office, constructed with glulam beams (glued laminated timber beams).
