Object description
For CENTROTEC SE, BREMER Süd GmbH delivered a modern logistics centre in Siegenburg, Lower Bavaria, for its Ingolstadt site. The project was executed on a turnkey basis and successfully completed in August 2024.
With a gross floor area of approximately 25,000 m², the logistics centre comprises two warehouse buildings and benefits from a strategically advantageous location directly adjacent to the motorway. The challenging topography of the site, situated on a hillside, presented unique planning and construction requirements, all of which were addressed through technically sophisticated and architecturally compelling solutions.
In addition to providing highly functional logistics space, the building was designed to create distinctive architectural features both inside and out. The combination of efficient logistics operations, high-quality design, and complex geotechnical engineering solutions highlights BREMER’s comprehensive expertise as a turnkey construction partner.
