Rappenglitz Production Facility Maisach

Object description

BREMER is building for Rappenglitz, an expert in trade fair construction and rental furniture, in Maisach. The construction project consists of two building sections (hall and office building), whereby both parts of the building are separated from each other by a firewall.

The prestigious office building extends over 3 floors. The façade is designed as a metal cassette façade with a high proportion of windows, consisting of ribbon windows and a partial mullion-transom façade.

The hall is divided into a logistics area and a workshop area with a loading zone by means of an internal firewall. The logistics area will have a sliding shelving system in one section. In the workshop area, where exhibition stand systems are manufactured, a partial mezzanine will be constructed. Office and social rooms for the industrial employees as well as technical rooms are also located here. The building will have a vertically installed insulated façade on a surrounding prefabricated reinforced concrete sandwick base. There are 2 loading units at the front of the building.
